1 Year Warranty. Warranty and replacement services are subject to OEM/Reseller terms and conditions.

All processed orders are final and cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
All products undergo 100% Hardware & Software Quality Control testing before dispatch.
Damage caused by mishandling, improper use, liquid exposure, power surges, or physical damage is not covered under warranty.
Software, licenses, subscriptions, and feature-related issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
Loss of licenses or configurations caused by customer firmware upgrades is not covered under warranty.
Warranty inspections, repairs, or replacements require up to 7 working days.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns, exchanges, or warranty claims.
Warranty labels must remain intact. Damaged or missing labels may void warranty eligibility.
Returns and exchanges are accepted only for verified hardware faults, not for customer ordering mistakes.
Damages must be reported within 3 working days of delivery with photographic proof.
